QUOLITY STANDARD:
1.We are the leading manufacture of beer equipment which have got the national pressure vessel production qualification in China.
2.The tank interior polishing precision less than 0.6μm, all interior and exterior shell is well protected,40 mm polishing belt on seam;
3.After tank finished make water leakage test to ensure no leaking;
4.All the machines will be customized to your local electric power,and electrical item including stirring system debugged and run for 2 hours before shipments to ensure system working properly;
5.All major tanks,vessels and equipment will be packaged with painted steel frames to suitable for sea transportation,all accessories and fittings will be packaged in wooden case to avoid scratch.
6.Quality contrelling,each equipment must be strictly tested before they leave the factory.
7.All our equipments and auxiliary machinery will be CE and UL approved.
8.Construction with SUS 304 food grade stainless steel,all the fittings and valves are tri-clamped connection;all labels are English.
