Malt mining system is the fist process for beer brewing, and rashed malt was transported to mash tun, and wait for be brewed. You can choose one follow your actual demands. We sugget you choose caarbon steel type because it is economy and practical, and the printed surface appearance look nice. Stainless steel type is more expensive.

Above is the specification list of brewhouse system. It is a 2 vessels of configuration . The capacity is 200L of these 2 main tanks. Electric heating way is much better than steam, because there is no need to add a hot water tank so it can save cost and working space. Malt was mashed, lautered, boiled and whirlpoored in this system. If you want to save time to raise the water temperature in tanks, you could choose steam heating way and add a hot water tank.Pre-heaing the water by steam generator could make steam quick ,so it can save more time in brewhouse system.

Fermentation system is the third process in brewing, usually we advised customer buy 6 fermentation tanks. The finished malt go into fermention tanks through a heating exchanger, the temperature down low to stablity. Usually we brew one batch beer need 6-8 hours, and the period of fermentation is 10-12 days. 6 fermentation tanks are a cost effective solution. Our sanitation hose is in national standard producing, the customer never need to worry about the quaility. And the capacity of yeast adding tank is 1/10 times for fermentation tank.

We provide a 500L glycol tank and 4HP chiller machine, and connect with pump. Usually the glycol tank is 3 times closed to fermentiation tank, and 200L capacity was fit to 500L glycal tank.

Warning: Usually we suggest you choose electric in 3PH of industrial range. It's better for the whole brewing line. But if you can't get to 3PH, we could customize for you but it's more expensive than 3PH. Because it's a complicate work to design electric from 3PH to 1PH. Without any other reason, please don't choose 1PH.
Packaging & Shipping
1)All tanks will be packed with soft protection material and mounted on steel frame
2)All accessories and spare parts will be packed with soft protection material and then put into iron box
3)After loaded into containers, all equipment will be fixed to the containers.
